Partner Company seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex hardware and software deployments for strategic customers across the United States. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, coordinating with enterprise customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes lean process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution, with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in implementation management or enterprise projects.
• Experience with hardware and software deployments in healthcare tech or high-tech sectors.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across multiple deployments (sales handoff through post-implementation support).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate hardware/software delivery, site readiness, and installation activities.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and act as primary operational contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and address challenges.
• Organize and deliver customer training for product adoption and success.
