Job summary

eShipping LLC seeks an Implementation Manager to lead the Implementations function within the Solutions team, guiding onboarding for new and enterprise customers. You will develop people, processes, tools, and cross-functional routines to deliver a consistent launch experience and ensure on-time, within-scope implementations aligned to customer expectations.

The role requires strong people leadership, hands-on project management, customer-facing communication, and a continuous-improvement

Qualifications

• Five+ years in logistics, transportation, customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Experience leading people, directing team workflow, coaching others, or supporting employee development.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Implementation team members; set clear expectations and track progress.
• Oversee new customer implementations from post-sale transition through launch, including enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Solutions leadership.
• Create and manage implementation plans, project trackers, and workspaces in Basecamp, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders via status updates, meeting recaps, and logs.
