Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers launch its AI-powered QMS/CFW platform. You will drive onboarding, design system solutions, and collaborate across Support, Product, and Sales to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent).
• 5+ years implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies, objectives and concepts.
• Knowledge of CFW software and practices.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CFR 21 Part 11 standards.
• Technological savvy with rapid learning of new systems.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with change programs.
• Experience with customer project design and scoping.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-suite.
• Strong data-driven ROI analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on the Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Strategically guide customers with implementation and launch.
• Train customers and team members on the product suite.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to meet milestones and completion.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales across time zones.
