Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris Computer, is seeking a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team and deliver enQuesta CIS solutions. You will analyze business requirements, configure workflows, and train end users while supporting data conversion and QA processes.

The role is customer-facing with strong problem-solving skills, and requires travel up to 75%. Remote work is supported for candidates in the US and Canada, with passport and travel eligibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence and Clarizen experience.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems and billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and written/spoken communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and autonomous decision-making abilities.
• Ability to interpret requirements and guide business process analysis sessions.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client requirements; translate to project deliverables.
• Configure software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
• Collaborate with data conversion for legacy data transition.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom settings.
• Provide CIS SME expertise to project teams on implementations, upgrades, and quotes.
• Participate in discovery sessions and document current/future-state processes.
• Assist data conversion with mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing based on requirements.
• Create training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Serve as customer advocate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Support during testing, production rollout, and post-implementation.
