The Solution Sales Manager will oversee market success of Identity Management products built on our platform and drive adoption through strategic territory planning and coaching of account teams.

You will collaborate with customers and partners to envision digital transformation and guide the sales cycle, with 30–50% travel, in a role that blends strategic leadership

Qualifikationen

Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
7+ years ROI experience in specialty solutions areas to lead solution wins.
Experience as an AE or in a sales/customer service role.
Understanding of business sales processes.
Travel required: 30-50%.

Aufgaben

Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment and account targeting.
Provide input to Account Executive during planning based on territory strategy.
Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory and account plans.
Help customers envision the value of digital transformation with account team and partners.
Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on capability roadmap for feedback and agreement.
Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
Tailor time allocation of responsibilities to territory needs and celebrate successes.
