Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, risk challenges. You will lead discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, and run POVs/POCs with executives and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has deep cybersecurity knowledge, strong networking experience, and proven ability to advance enterprise sales cycles with measurable business outcomes. Travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or related technical role.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales with enterprise customers.
• Strong cybersecurity, identity/access governance and risk, and security operations knowledge.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, network segmentation.
• Familiarity with capturing network data via SPAN, port mirroring, TAPs, and related tools.
• Ability to translate security tech into business outcomes and explain integrations with customer environments.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• BS degree in CS, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements (POV) and POCs.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to share field insights.
• Travel as required, typically 25–50%.
