Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will act as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and POV/POC engagements with security, identity, infrastructure, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related pre-sales roles.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical or support roles.
• Experience with cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise networking: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with capturing network traffic via SPAN, port mirroring, TAPs, NetFlow.
• Ability to map security tech to customer environments for demos, POVs, and POCs.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Proven track record of technical wins and advancing deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos.
• Support proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor in evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
• Create customer-facing documents and technical summaries.
• Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success and Support.
• Travel typically 25–50% depending on region.
