Job summary

Okta in Chicago seeks a hands-on Deployment Consultant to lead and execute post-sales deployment projects, ensuring long-term customer success across Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday and HR identities.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Support, mentor customers, and drive continuous improvement of deployment processes while shaping new offerings for scalable identity solutions. 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise on-premise IT landscapes.
• SaaS deployment experience with Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday, and HR systems.
• Familiar with API management tools like Mulesoft, Axway or Apigee.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer deployment projects to ensure long-term success.
• Provide hands-on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
• Mentor and train customers on deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
