Job summary

Bank of America’s Global Information Security (GIS) IAM team seeks a Senior IAM Information Security Threat Lead to strengthen identity governance across public cloud, AI, and enterprise systems. You will analyze, strengthen, and secure IAM controls and collaborate with senior leaders to implement new technologies and frameworks.

You will lead IAM assessments, define standards, and translate complex cloud and AI identity risks into clear strategic options, roadmaps, and governance programs for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management or related disciplines in regulated environments.
• Broad IAM knowledge: lifecycle governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, secrets management.
• Experience comparing cloud IAM across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO) and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM standards, governance models, and controls for cloud, SaaS, and generative AI environments.
• Lead assessments of IAM capabilities across major cloud platforms and AI platforms.
• Develop recommendations and roadmaps for identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, and product teams to close gaps.
• Represent IAM in executive discussions on public cloud and AI identity risks and remediation.
