Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Product Manager within Global Information Security (GIS) to lead Identity and Access Management initiatives. You will define the IAM vision and roadmap, collaborating with Privacy/Legal to ensure compliant data usage and strong governance across the portfolio.

In partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders, you will prioritize features, balance scope and risks, and drive value in a scaled Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience at an Enterprise level in Product Management, specifically focusing on IAM, Privacy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management with a track record of transformation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit for stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create the vision and roadmap for the IAM program based on customer needs, trends, and regulatory direction.
• Partner with Privacy and Legal to ensure compliant handling of personal information.
• Define business capabilities and align them to products or create new ones.
• Articulate business value to Product Owners and align roadmap to portfolio objectives.
• Prioritize features/epics in the program backlog and manage trade-offs for scope and timing.
• Refine backlog items to ensure sufficient ready work for upcoming quarters.
• Review and accept features/epics; make informed scope decisions as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize value through technology and industry insights.
• Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
