Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior IAM Information Security Threat Lead to strengthen the company’s IAM programs and risk posture across end users, applications, and privileged access.

You will partner with cloud, AI, cybersecurity, architecture, product, risk, and compliance teams to translate strategic requirements into actionable IAM roadmaps, assess AI identity risks, and lead governance initiatives in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, info security, or cloud security in a large regulated org.
• Broad IAM capabilities: lifecycle governance, privileged access, secrets management.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud IAM and comparisons.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AI risk in identity.
• Experience with assessments and recommendations.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM standards, governance, and controls across cloud and AI.
• Lead assessments of IAM across cloud platforms.
• Evaluate IAM solutions against requirements and compliance.
• Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and reusable IAM patterns.
• Monitor market developments and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close gaps.
