Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management leader in Denver to drive IAM standards and cloud integration across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You’ll shape governance, risk, and security controls for AI-enabled environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with regulatory expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in IAM/security, strong knowledge of cloud platforms, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management, information security, cloud technology or related disciplines within a large, regulated organization.
• Broad knowledge of IAM principles: identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, privileged access, secrets management, least privilege, zero trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer IAM standards, governance models, controls and effectiveness measures for public cloud, SaaS, Generative AI and related environments.
• Lead assessments of IAM capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP and emerging AI platforms.
• Evaluate cloud-native IAM solutions against business requirements and regulatory expectations; develop target-state architecture and implementation plans.
• Develop IAM patterns for cloud/AI adoption including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and entitlement governance.
• Collaborate with cloud, AI, cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, product, risk and compliance teams to close control gaps and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Monitor cloud, AI and IAM market developments to inform strategy and vendor direction.
