Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to secure access across cloud and internal systems. You will develop IAM solutions, reduce privilege sprawl, and enable scalable, secure workflows for engineers and applications.

You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives, design robust access models, and implement observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM integration, while ensuring compliance and minimal friction for teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, IaC, and AI coding tools for automation.
• IAM best practices, least privilege, privilege escalation paths, separation of duties, auditability.
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Code, design, and implement IAM solutions across AWS, Azure, Terraform, Teleport.
• Own end-to-end IAM initiatives from requirements to production rollout.
• Develop secure access models across AWS, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps to minimize privileges.
• Build logging and metrics for observability using SIEM.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance while reducing reviewer burden.
• Identify high-risk permissions and propose mitigations; drive adoption with partner teams.
