Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, and AI coding tools for automation.
• Strong grasp of IAM best practices, techniques, and common failure modes (least privilege, breakglass, auditability).
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM application development: code, design, implement solutions across AWS, Azure, Teleport, and Terraform.
• Lead end-to-end IAM projects from requirements to rollout and operation.
• Develop secure access models and reduce privilege sprawl across cloud and internal systems.
• Build observable logging and metrics in SIEM, with repeatable reporting for risk signals.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) with automation and clear decision support.
• Identify high-risk permissions and propose mitigations and controls; drive adoption with partners.
• Write lightweight runbooks and automation to standardize access decisions at scale.
