Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to develop and scale IAM across cloud and internal systems. You will own end‑to‑end IAM initiatives, architect secure access, and automate reviews with strong observability.

You’ll work in a fast‑growing AI platform, collaborating with security and engineering teams to reduce risk and enable fast, safe delivery. Strong coding and IaC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, AI coding tools.
• IAM best practices, least privilege, auditability, risk mitigation.
• Educational background: BS+ in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM applications: code, design, and implement solutions in AWS, Azure, Teleport, Terraform.
• Own end-to-end IAM projects from requirements to rollout and operation.
• Design secure, scalable access models across cloud and on‑prem systems to minimize privileges.
• Make access changes observable via SIEM, with repeatable reporting for risk.
