Job summary

Moveworks, a leader in agentic AI for work, is hiring a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer in Kirkland, WA. You will own the development of IAM initiatives end-to-end, architect secure access across AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes, and drive adoption of secure-by-default patterns.

This hands-on role emphasizes automation, observability, and minimizing privilege creep across cloud and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset with production-ready software and IaC.
• Strong grasp of IAM best practices, least privilege, audits, and mitigations.
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM initiatives end-to-end across cloud and internal systems.
• Design secure access models and reduce privilege sprawl.
• Implement robust logging, metrics, and SIEM observability.
• Lead and operationalize access reviews (UAR) with automation.
• Partner with teams to deploy secure-by-default patterns.
