Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to build and scale IAM across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps. You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives, design least-privilege access, and implement automated governance using Terraform and SIEM observability.

This role focuses on reducing privilege sprawl, running UAR processes, and collaborating with engineering teams to keep access secure without slowing velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset with production-ready software and IaC.
• Strong grasp of IAM best practices and risk mitigations.
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM application development with AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Teleport.
• Own end-to-end IAM initiatives from requirements to rollout.
• Develop secure access models to reduce privilege sprawl and automate grants.
• Implement logging and metrics for observability in SIEM systems.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance.
• Identify high-risk permissions and design mitigations with partners.
• Document procedures and automation for scalable access decisions.
