Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, build, and scale IAM solutions across cloud and internal systems. You will own IAM initiatives end-to-end, driving secure access models, automating workflows, and reducing privilege sprawl in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, and AI coding tools to build reliable automation.
• IAM Expertise: strong grasp of IAM best practices, techniques, and common failure modes (least privilege, privilege escalation paths, separation of duties, breakglass, auditability).
• Educational Background: BS+ in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM projects end-to-end: define requirements, architect solutions, and own rollout/operationalization.
• Develop robust access models across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and SaaS apps; reduce privileges and enable scalable, secure baseline access.
• Code, design, and implement IAM solutions with extensive knowledge in AWS, Azure, Teleport and Terraform.
• Develop and operationalize logging and metrics in SIEM; enable observable access changes and risk reporting.
• Lead user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance with minimal approver burden.
