Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design and implement IAM solutions across cloud platforms, SaaS apps, and internal systems. You will own IAM initiatives end-to-end, from requirements to production rollout, focusing on least privilege and secure-by-default patterns.

You’ll collaborate with teams to de-risk IAMThreats, build scalable access models, and drive adoption of automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, and AI coding tools for automation.
• IAM Expertise: strong grasp of IAM best practices, least privilege, auditability, and risk mitigation.
• Educational Background: BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM application development: code, design, and implement IAM solutions across AWS, Azure, Teleport, Terraform.
• Lead end-to-end IAM projects: define requirements, architect solutions, and own rollout.
• Develop secure access models to minimize privileges and enable scalable baselines.
• Ensure observability: logging, metrics, and SIEM integration for security signals.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) with automation to reduce burden.
• Document procedures and standardize access decisions for scalability.
