Job summary

Moveworks in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across cloud and on‑prem systems.

You will build secure access models in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and SaaS apps, reduce privilege sprawl, improve observability with SIEM, and drive end-to-end IAM initiatives from requirements to production, while partnering with engineering teams to minimize risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, and AI coding tools.
• IAM Expertise: strong grasp of IAM best practices, least privilege, privilege escalation paths, auditability.
• Educational Background: BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust access models across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps to reduce privileges and enable scalable access.
• Own IAM initiatives end-to-end from requirements to rollout and productionization.
• Improve observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM-based reporting and alerting.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance while reducing approver burden.
