Job summary

Moveworks, part of ServiceNow, is hiring a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to secure access across cloud and internal systems. You will design, implement, and scale IAM solutions in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps, balancing security with engineering speed.

You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives, reduce privilege sprawl, improve access reviews, and build observability with logging and SIEM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, Infrastructure as Code, and using AI coding tools.
• IAM best practices, least privilege, privilege escalation paths, separation of duties, auditability; ability to spot dangerous permissions and mitigations.
• BS+ in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• US Citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive IAM application development: code, design, and implement solutions with AWS, Azure, Teleport, and Terraform.
• Drive IAM projects end-to-end: define requirements, architect solutions, and own rollout/operationalization.
• Develop with secure access models: reduce privileges and create scalable safe-baseline access.
• Develop on logging and metrics: ensure observability in SIEM and surface risky access.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR): design and execute compliant processes with automation.
• Develop technology to continuously de-risk: identify high-risk permissions and implement controls.
• Operate with strong security judgment: distinguish meaningful IAM risk and provide actionable mitigations.
• Document and standardize procedures and automation for scalable access decisions.
