Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to join Moveworks' lineage within our security organization. You will develop IAM solutions across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps, ensuring scalable, secure access at scale.

You will drive end-to-end IAM projects, implement secure models, and improve access reviews and SIEM observability, enabling engineers to move fast with confidence while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset with production-ready software and IaC.
• Strong IAM expertise: least privilege, access reviews, auditing.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship preferred

Responsibilities

• Code, design, and implement IAM solutions across cloud and SaaS integrations.
• Own end-to-end IAM initiatives from requirements to production rollout.
• Develop secure access models to reduce privilege sprawl and manual grants.
• Build observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM integrations.
• Design and improve user access reviews (UAR) for compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to enforce secure-by-default patterns.
