Job summary

EY is hiring for a Senior Consultant in Cyber Managed Services (Identity & Access Management). You’ll deliver, operate, and continually improve enterprise IAM solutions, focusing on SailPoint IdentityNow in a fast-paced managed services setting.

Strong collaboration with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders is required to drive service excellence. The role emphasizes incident management, process optimization, and documented runbooks, while maintaining compliance with security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and core capabilities.
• Experience with IAM architecture, administration, and support within SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or other leading identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational delivery, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions in a Managed Services environment.
• Support IAM platforms in production, including incident, request, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to enhance IAM services.
