Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint, and Entra ID Governance to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions for diverse client environments.

You will partner with Cybersecurity professionals to translate business requirements into technical designs, implement policies, and guide client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain enterprise IAM tools.
• Designing and architecting solutions, alongside process design and re‑engineering.
• Transforming or translating business requirements into technical specifications and executing delivery.
• Leveraging functionality provided by Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
