Job summary

EY is hiring for a Senior Consultant in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of IAM solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with cutting-edge tools, applying best practices in access governance, risk, and compliance to deliver secure identity environments.

You will collaborate with security professionals and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical delivery, leveraging AD/Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SSO, REST

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Designing, engineering, maintaining, and troubleshooting IAM solutions.
• Developing and configuring policies, connectors, rules, and workflows.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining IAM tools and integrations.
• Translating business requirements into technical specs and delivering solutions.
• Leveraging Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in IAM architectures.
• Collaborating with colleagues to address security challenges for clients.
