Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Identity and Access Management. You will design, engineer, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions, including policy development, connector configurations, and rule creation.

You’ll work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and Entra ID, applying best practices to manage access, roles, and compliance. You’ll partner with clients to translate business requirements into technical IAM strategies, perform risk assessments, and deliver delivery artifacts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM project experience with enterprise tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical IAM solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions.
• Configure connectors and integrations (Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and RBAC models.
• Collaborate with clients to align security with business goals.
• Deliver technical delivery and produce engineering artifacts.
• Leverage AD, Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and REST APIs.
