Job summary

EY's Identity and Access Management team seeks a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, implement Saviynt and SailPoint, and translate business requirements into technical specifications to deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more leading IGA platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and maintain IAM solutions across diverse client engagements.
• Configure connectors, rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead policy development, access reviews, and entitlement governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Support Azure AD, MFA, SSO, and directory services.
