Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, and support Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will implement and optimize Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID governance, and related technologies while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and client teams, shaping risk-based IAM controls, RBAC models, and audit-ready processes in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience implementing IAM governance, access reviews, and provisioning workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across the IAM spectrum.
• Configure connectors, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools and processes.
• Architect solutions and perform process re-engineering.
• Leverage Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams.
