Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, implement, and troubleshoot Enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. You will work on Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and Entra ID governance, collaborating with clients to align security with business goals.

You will configure connectors, policies, and workflows, and apply best practices in RBAC, access reviews, and entitlement governance within hybrid client environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more leading IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, rules and workflows.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools across client environments.
• Design and architect IAM solutions with process re-engineering.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Leverage AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in IAM architecture.
