Job summary

EY in Houston seeks a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a diverse range of Enterprise Employee Solutions across the Identity & Access Management spectrum. You will collaborate with esteemed cybersecurity professionals to learn and apply cutting-edge tools to address security challenges for our clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
• Experience with business stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Ability to travel for client engagements as required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM solutions architecture and design enterprise policies and rules.
• Configure connectors, workflows, and integrations for IAM platforms.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools (e.g., AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, SSO).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and compliance.
