Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant - Cyber Managed Services (Identity & Access Management) to lead operational delivery, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions within a Managed Services environment. You will resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and drive service excellence in client environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and its core capabilities.
- Experience with IAM architecture, administration, and support within SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or other leading identity platforms.
- Exposure to cloud-based IAM solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for IAM platforms, resolving complex issues.
- Drive service excellence across client environments and collaborations with global delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles for IAM operations.
