Job summary

EY is recruiting for a Senior Consultant in Cyber Managed Services (Identity & Access Management) to deliver and improve enterprise IAM solutions within a managed services setting. You will support IAM platforms, resolve complex issues, and drive service excellence across client environments while collaborating with global teams and cybersecurity professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IAM Analyst, or related technology professional supporting enterprise applications and identity programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint implementations, integrations, and onboarding activities.
• SailPoint certification preferred.
• Strong experience with Excel, SQL, and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow, or comparable ITSM tools.
• Experience supporting IAM platforms in production including incident, request, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational delivery, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Enterprise IAM solutions within a Managed Services environment.
• Support IAM platforms, resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and drive service excellence across client environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and global delivery teams to manage and optimize IAM services.
• Leverage leading technologies to address evolving identity requirements and ensure service quality and compliance.
