Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and operate enterprise-scale identity and access solutions. The role focuses on M&A integration, consolidating identity providers, and implementing cross-domain authentication with SSO, MFA, and RBAC within a hybrid or remote environment.

The candidate will automate onboarding/offboarding, manage IAM platforms, and collaborate with Security, IT Operations, HR, and Dev teams to maintain secure access controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as an IAM Engineer, designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions with experience in M&A integration.
• Strong command of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
• IAM & Federation Standards: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, RBAC, and modern DevOps practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design and implement cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop automated workflows and API-driven integrations for onboarding/offboarding.
• Implement IaC for IAM platforms.
• Design and enforce Enterprise SSO security policies including MFA and RBAC.
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and architecture docs.
