Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead M&A integration and design enterprise SSO, IAM lifecycle, and access governance across hybrid AD and Entra environments.

You will consolidate IdPs, implement SSO, and drive automation and IaC for scalable security controls. Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, HR, and Dev teams to enforce least privilege, MFA, RBAC, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM engineering experience, with M&A projects preferred.
• Strong command of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM authentication standards.
• Hands-on with IdPs and governance suites (Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, ForgeRock).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• M&A and SSO integration: lead IAM workstreams for mergers and divestitures.
• Consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design and execute cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Automation and workflows: build scalable IAM solutions and API integrations.
• Implement IaC principles for IAM configuration management.
• Security policy, compliance and support: enforce MFA, RBAC, and audits.
