Cardinal Health is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead cross‑functional identity initiatives, merging diverse identity providers into a single enterprise SSO. The role focuses on lifecycle management, governance, and privileged access controls within a large healthcare operations environment.

You will design and implement IAM solutions, automate onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Security, IT Operations, HR, and Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/InfoSec or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM engineering experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong command of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Extensive knowledge of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, RBAC and DevOps/SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in risk-based authentication and user behavior analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate disparate identity providers into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design and implement SSO, Identity Lifecycle Management (LCM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Develop automated workflows and API-driven integrations to streamline onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code principles for IAM platform configuration.
• Design and enforce Enterprise SSO Security Policies, including MFA and RBAC.
• Conduct access reviews and support IT compliance audits.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and provide Tier 3 support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IAM with business processes.
