Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead enterprise SSO, MFA, and access governance across AD and Microsoft Entra ID. You will drive M&A integration, design cross-domain authentication, and implement scalable IAM solutions in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC, and collaboration with Security, IT Operations, HR, and Development to ensure compliant, auditable access controls.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale IAM solutions with AD and Entra ID.
• Proficient in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM standards.
• Hands-on with IdPs and governance suites like Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, RBAC, and Least Privilege.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM tech workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate disparate identity providers (IdPs) into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies to migrate or merge user populations.
• Develop automated workflows and API-driven integrations to streamline onboarding, transitions, and offboarding (LCM).
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for IAM platforms.
• Design and enforce Enterprise SSO Security Policies, including MFA and RBAC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM alignment with business processes.
