Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring an IAM Engineer to lead mergers and acquisitions related identity initiatives, consolidating multiple identity providers into a single enterprise SSO platform. You will drive cross-domain authentication strategies and implement scalable IAM solutions, including LCM, IGA, PAM, and automated workflows.

You will work with AD and Microsoft Entra ID, perform access reviews, and support audits while collaborating with security, IT operations, HR and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years IAM engineering experience.
• Experience with M&A integrations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and SSO integration efforts.
• Manage IAM workstreams across projects and teams.
• Consolidate disparate IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies.
• Develop scalable IAM solutions (SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM).
• Automate onboarding, transitions, and offboarding with APIs.
• Apply IaC for IAM configuration management.
• Define and enforce enterprise SSO security policies including MFA, least privilege, RBAC.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide Tier 3 support.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Operations, HR, and Dev teams.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and configurations.
