Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM program and embed identity as the primary control plane. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI-enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non-human identities, partnering with leadership to reduce attack surface.

You will design and implement identity controls, governance, and detection capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with GRC to meet SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus.
• Expert knowledge of IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with authentication/federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Leadership in identity threat detection and access investigations.
• Familiarity with MITRE/NIST Zero Trust and security benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and CAE as part of Zero Trust maturation.
• Optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, across cloud services.
• Governance for non-human identities and PAM with policy-as-code.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/UEBA and develop IR playbooks.
• Contribute to AI DevSecOps, KPI tracking, and audits.
