Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, shaping architecture, strategy, and operational maturity across workforce, machine, and non-human identities. You will partner with security leadership, mentor engineers, and reduce identity-based threats through innovative controls.

The role focuses on designing CI/CD–integrated identity controls, implementing CAE and MFA, and aligning with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus; Master’s degree with 6+ years would be considered.
• Expert experience architecting IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement and observability.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust frameworks and translating them into technical controls.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for containerized services and IaC.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical strategy to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity as a core defense-in-depth element.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities (CAE, phishing-resistant authentication) within a Zero Trust framework.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across paths.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP).
• Define hardening standards using CIS Benchmarks/DISA STIGs with automated validation.
• Automate identity lifecycle joiner/mover/leaver and integrate HR systems and directories.
• Lead IAM governance and PAM implementations with credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR for threat detection and IR playbooks.
• Collaborate with GRC on SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA; support audits and e-discovery.
• Provide mentorship to advanced and engineer-level identity engineers.
