Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, owning architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI-enabled identity across workforce, customers, and non-human identities.

You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and guide cross-functional teams to reduce the identity attack surface, set standards, and elevate detection and response to identity-based threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering; or 6+ years with a Master’s in Cybersecurity.
• Expert hands-on experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping)
• IGA and PAM capabilities including credential vaulting, JIT elevation, and session monitoring.
• Proficiency in authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Mentorship and ability to communicate technical strategy to peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity across multi-cloud environments.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturements.
• Engineer ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Define SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS and cloud.
• Define and tune CIS/DISA hardening standards with automated compliance validation.
• Lead identity lifecycle automation and governance (IGA, reviews, certifications).
• Lead PAM implementation including credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Govern non-human identities with policy-as-code enforcement.
