Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, shaping architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities. The role anchors identity as the primary control plane in a defense-in-depth strategy and partners with security leadership to elevate detection, response, and governance.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation, and align identity controls with major compliance standards while evolving the organization toward robust, AI-enabled identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field and 6+ years of IAM/security engineering experience.
• Deep specialization in identity, authentication, and access domains.
• Hands-on architecture across IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with federation protocols.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, and Zero Trust; ability to translate into technical controls.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language used for containerized services.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity within a defense-in-depth program.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturation across environments.
• Lead PAM implementation, JIT elevation, and session monitoring.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR for threat detection and response.
• Mentor engineers and align identity controls with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and privacy regulations.
