Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, and support Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will implement Saviynt/SailPoint, manage connectors, workflows, and integrations while translating business needs into technical IAM specifications.

You will work with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and REST APIs to enable secure access governance. Travel to client sites may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more leading IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience implementing RBAC and entitlement governance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions.
• Configure connectors, workflows, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
