Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Enterprise IAM design and deployment. You will design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions, working with Saviynt, SailPoint, and other enterprise tools to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with industry experts to apply cutting-edge IAM techniques, align security with business goals, and deliver scalable identities across diverse environments. A hybrid work setup is offered with client engagements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience with joiner, mover, leaver, certification, and access request processes.
• Experience with access reviews, entitlement governance, and provisioning workflows.
• Experience designing RBAC and role lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Developing Saviynt /SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configuring Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third-party integrations.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining enterprise Identity & Access Management tools.
• Designing and architecting solutions, alongside process design and re-engineering.
• Transforming or translating business requirements into technical specifications and executing technical delivery.
• Leveraging functionality provided by enterprise directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, as well as MFA and SSO.
