Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions. You will work with top cybersecurity professionals to address complex access management challenges and help clients align security with business goals.

You will implement and tune Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Entra ID Governance, and other IAM platforms, integrating with AD/Azure AD/LDAP, designing RBAC and SoD controls, and translating business needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt) is required.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and SSO.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM policies and connectors; configure rules and third-party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools; design and architect solutions.
• Support RBAC and entitlement governance; manage SoD and access reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; translate business requirements into technical specifications.
