Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Enterprise IAM solutions across diverse industries. You will design, engineer, and troubleshoot IAM services, collaborating with cyberscurity professionals to address complex security challenges.

You will implement Saviynt/SailPoint connections, configure policies, and leverage enterprise directories like Active Directory and Entra ID, with a focus on scalable governance and risk management across client environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more leading IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience designing RBAC and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver, certification and access requests.
• Experience with access reviews, provisioning workflows, and SoD.
• Familiarity with regulatory/audit IAM controls.

Responsibilities

• Developing IAM policies, connectors, workflows, and integrations.
• Implementing and maintaining IAM tooling and configurations.
• Designing IAM solutions aligned to business goals and security policies.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivery.
• Leveraging Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in solutions.
