Job summary

EY is seeking an Senior Consultant to design, engineer, and maintain Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will implement Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID, AD/LDAP, MFA, and SSO to meet client requirements, turning business needs into robust technical specs and delivery.

You’ll work with cybersecurity professionals in a hybrid model, collaborating with clients and EY teams while traveling as needed to address diverse IAM challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with one or more IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance).
• Experience designing RBAC and entitlement governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical IAM designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions across IAM spectrum.
• Configure connectors, workflows, and integrations (Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID).
• Leverage AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in identity solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery.
• Support governance, access reviews, and SOX/regulatory controls.
• Collaborate with clients and EY teams; travel as required.
