Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Identity and Access Management to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad range of IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to address critical security challenges, leveraging Saviynt and SailPoint tools and integrating with AD/Entra ID and SSO.

The role emphasizes policy design, technical delivery, and working with sponsors across business units.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IGA platforms.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ/ISC or Saviynt EIC.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing IAM policies, connectors, and workflows.
• Configuring Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom rules, and third‑party integrations.
• Maintaining and evolving enterprise IAM tools and architectures.
• Designing and architecting IAM solutions and translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Managing integration with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.
• Supporting RBAC and entitlement governance workflows and reviews.
