Delta Electronics Americas seeks a senior technical sales/BD professional to drive power solutions for hyperscale data centers. You will interface with customers, translate requirements into roadmaps, and help design wins around 48V–12V DC-DC conversion and PMBus-enabled architectures.

You will cultivate semiconductor partnerships, support rack/board-level power designs, and monitor market trends to refine Delta’s portfolio. Based in Fremont, CA with bonus incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10+ years in data center power systems or semiconductor/power IC ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of DC-DC topologies and 48V data center architectures.
• Experience with hyperscale or cloud customers.
• MBA is a plus for business development roles.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical interface for hyperscale accounts and translate requirements into product roadmaps.
• Support ORU power initiatives and distribution strategies.
• Drive adoption of 48V-to-12V DC-DC conversion solutions (IBC, POL architectures).
• Identify opportunities in rack-level and board-level power distribution.
• Build strategic relationships with semiconductor partners (PMIC vendors, GaN/SiC) and align with chipsets.
