Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Business Development Manager - META to drive strategic growth in hyperscale and large-scale data centers. You will build relationships with operators, EPCs, consultants, and partners while aligning Delta’s portfolio with evolving power, sustainability, and digital infrastructure needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center power architectures, microgrids, renewable integration, and AI infrastructure, plus the ability to travel and negotiate long-term

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or strategic account management in data center or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with hyperscale data center operators, colocation providers, or utilities.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for hyperscale and data center customers.
• Identify opportunities in SST, containerized data centers, modular data centers, Microgrid Infrastructure, and renewable integration.
• Build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, developers, EPC firms, consultants, utilities and channel partners.
• Position Delta as a strategic partner across critical power and digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align requirements with Delta’s offerings.
