Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Business Development Manager - META to accelerate strategic growth in hyperscale and large-scale data center markets across North America. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and align Delta’s power and energy solutions with customer needs in AI, cloud, and high-density compute environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or strategic account management in data center/critical infrastructure.
• Experience with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, or EPC firms.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers.
• Build executive relationships with hyperscalers, developers, EPCs, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with solutions.
• Support opportunity development including market analysis and account mapping.
• Drive customer engagement through workshops, presentations, site visits, and events.
